Manager/ Coach/ Team Parent Application
The application needs to be completed and submitted for all managers/ coaches/ and team parents along with a copy of each applicant's driver license. NO ONE is allowed in the dugout or on the field unless the application has been submitted for a background check. NO EXCEPTIONS.
